Don't know much about this but is anyone currently leasing space/been to Monroe Bevy. It looks like a coworking office environment, hip looking, affordable space.

This seems like an ideal situation for people that work out of their home, but aren't really good at "working" when home (I'd make a terrible telecommuter- work? mow lawn? work? nap?).

Looks interesting.
