"A new 12 story concrete building at 999 Geary Blvd. will provide 141 units of affordable senior housing at Polk and Geary Streets. Designed as a joint venture with Herman & Coliver: Architects and developed by Citizens Housing Corporation and Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corp. The project is currently on hold while funding is secured."
