All totaled, the Hercules New Town Center will contain approximately 1,650 residential homes, 600,000 sq. ft of commercial uses (which includes 320,000 sq. ft. of retail) and 5,000 parking spaces, along with an interconnected urban open space network of plazas, squares, and small parks, along with a major regional transit hub.
