Located at the southwest corner of Eddy and Taylor Streets, this family housing project will provide more than 100 one-, two- and three-bedroom units in a 14-story mixed-use building with landscaped open space and ground-floor commercial space. The retail area is slated to house a mid-size grocery store.

Just up the street from Curran House, Eddy + Taylor Family Housing continues the work that TNDC is doing to bring affordable family housing to the underserved Tenderloin neighborhood.

I am suprized I am writing this, but that building looks good there.

not my style at all, but I think the colors and scale work and the design is even agreeable for some reason even though I would literally stand in protest if this was built in Hartford.

who knew.

what is there now? is it a parking lot?

I hope its not a historic brick building. I would be upset if that were the case.
