Disney has a viral campaign underway about future plans that they are going to do to help out all of the communities of Central Florida:

...and I am doing exactly what they want me to do by posting it as a forum topic :-)

I was hoping that they would be announcing that they are going to pay for the insurance on Sun-Rail to get it going, but then I saw that Lakeland is one of the places that they put one of their banners.

Stating that, Disney did put out a press release stating that they campaigned strongly for SunRail:

site doesn't really talk about anything at all, though it does say all will be revealed "starting may 11th". Well today is May 11th... still doesn't mention anything about how it will enhance the community.
