5th Annual Parade of Downtown Living

The 5th Annual Parade of Downtown Living is scheduled for June 12 - 14. Condominium developments on this year's tour include The Boardwalk Condominiums, The Fitzgerald, Hillmount, River House at Bridgewater Place, Park Row Condominiums, Union Square and Lenox Apartments.

Admission is $10.00 and is good for all three days. Free parking will be available in three key locations and the DASH busses will be clearly marked.

Friday, June 12

4 - 8 p.m.

The Fitzgerald

Free beverages on the Green Roof Terrace (wristband required)

Saturday, June 13

11 a.m - 2 p.m.

The Fitzgerald

A free lunch will be served on the Green Roof Terrace (wristband required)

Saturday, June 13

12 noon - 6 p.m.

The Boardwalk Pool Party for residents and people on the Tour. Live music, food and beverages available for a minimal fee. (wristband required)

As always, all proceeds from the Parade of Downtown Living benefit Dwelling Place. After only 4 Parades nearly $30,000 has been donated to Dwelling Place.

Volunteers are needed! Free weekend pass if you do.
