I was walking home from work and saw two GR Police Cars FLYING up Division Ave. and saw them stop about a block up from me just South of Oaks Street (South of Fulton), so I went to check it out. A citizen told me that a drug dealer was in the stopped vehicle. I was glad I had my camera with me. Here is a video and some pictures of the bust event:
