So let's talk about what our visions of North Carolina would be if suddenly we got our act together and decided to throw some hardcore planning into the mix. Everything that you wanted to see that seemed like a longshot suddenly happened. What would the state look like?

We probably have different ideas about what constitutes good planning, but I'll show you mine and you show me yours.

Unfortunately it's too late for UGBs to save a lot of areas. Charlotte . Better late than never though. Also note that the CSA has control over the line, not the municipality. This prevents suburbs from extending their lines rapidly to outgrow the rest of their region.

What kind of pansy HSR connects Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, and nothing else? Not in my NC. Everyone gets it. And it had better be 220 mph in parts, just 'cuz.
