biotechnology industry in the Piedmont Triad

In a joint effort between the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and the NC Biotechnology Center, Triad Leaders have announced the development of the "Piedmont Triad International Bioscience Business Center."

The goal is to create a portal for international bioscience companies that want to do business in the Triad, partner with a local university doing research or even set up a production facility in the region. The center, to be housed in the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, will provide short-term office space to such companies.
