New health club, Core Fitness, to open in Monroe North

Core Fitness Holdings, LLC is proposing to renovate the now vacant fitness facility at 975 Ottawa (behind the Boardwalk) and turn it into a 40,000 square foot fitness facility. Not sure who the ownership consists of, but they appear to be represented by Rhoades McKee.

I love to see stuff like this, on that note, i'm finally moving back into GR this month and i'm looking for a gym. Right now, i'm stuck between Endourance and MVP. I thought about the Y but there's just to many kids. Do you have any suggestions?

MVP is a great gym. I'd highly recommend it (and no kids allowed in the workout area however, they are scurrying around the pool).
