BikeStation at Rosa Parks Circle

I posted yesterday on my blog about the idea of turning the Rosa Parks Circle warming hut, which has been replaced by a facility in the new GRAM, into a BikeStation. It was inspired by an NPR story on the new BikeStation in DC that will open soon.

As I said on the blog, I'm not aware of any efforts to do this, nor do I know if it's feasible, or what the building is currently being used for. But, I wanted to post the idea on here to see what other people thought of the idea. Does anyone know what is currently inside? Is it just sitting empty?
