Here are some BidClerk listings that I got off the website. As some of you know, the website doesn't tell you what is what, that is for paying customers leaving us to decipher the still fairly descriptive summaries. But luckily as UrbanPlanetites I'm sure we can still have some clue as to what they are.

I wanted to post the estimated start date, but it only lets you look at a few of them without paying for it.

1.?

2.I think we all know what this one is.

3.I think this might be the Reiger Lane Homewood Suites

4.?

5.I think these are the condos they were going to build near Towne Center at Cedar Lodge, around the circle drive with the Marriott Residence Inn and and the glass and stone office building.

6.Im almost positive this is The Grove development behind the Mall of Louisiana, if it's not feasible right now I'd rather they just wait until the market gets better then build a botched up/scaled down development.

Dan...I think this the same website that was responsible for getting The Advocate curious(post you made over a week ago) about River Place; prompting Preis to say it was on hold. So these projects listed above are not necessarily getting built now; tough some could??

Not sure if that's Howell Place instead of Towne Center next to Republic Financial??

The Grove is on some prime property...I would think it wouldn't be feasible scaled down too much; the work will likely be done in phases.

You're right, Richy, I did think of that when I was posting these, but I still figured it would still be interesting to post. And the fact that the estimated start dates are next year make it more believable.

I got the other start dates.

4.May 2010

5.February 2010

6.Third Quarter 2010

Yeah I appreciate the post..used to look at bidclerk often before the recession/slow-down...you got a good eye for development  The building boom was fun while it lasted; don't take any new development for granted now; appreciate any new development...and like we said in the past...even the small developments eventually add up!
