I love this type of urban infill though. It may not be much, but these things add up and really start to complete the streetscape.

This project is close to completion, and, though I don't care much for its conservative aesthetic or its less than refined detailing, it does make for a nice streetscape. In fact, I hope more buildings in the area engage in a similar dialogue about density and city living. The rear of this building is truly dreadful however. I won't comment on it until I can figure out why the second building in this project (a little building to the rear, that I think will houses offices)felt so sad when I walked past it today.
