Neighborhood Walking Score

I came across this interesting site that calculates how walkable your neighborhood is. It has some flaws, particuliarly in that it doesn't take quality of the things you can walk to into consideration. Laurel Street was an 85, I lived there for a bit and it wasn't inconvient but I wouldn't call it very walkable. Isham Rd in Blue Black scored 100, a walkers paradise.

I live in Thomaston and my house got an 85. However, I notice a lot of the businesses or schools its lists have been closed for years.
