Terrazzo Auction

5 posts in this topic

I'm a bit surprised to see no one has strated a thread on this.

I don't understand (other than to bail out) why Crosland has decided to do this. ICON is selling and closing at a steady pace. Rythum sales have surpassed Terrazzo. It seems like from what other real estate agents are saying is that this is unwarranted, will cause big drops in property values for everyone in the downtown market, not just Terrazzo.

This seems very drastic. dontknow.gif

My father who does a lot of freelance graphic design work for Terrazzo said that sence they have marked down prices (down 35%), sales have finally picked up for this building that were at a complete halt for a while. Good news I guess.
