After many delays, a new project just got underway in Norwalk. I'm holding off from making an opinion yet, but...

I've seen an updated plan for the project; it looks similar to the images on the website above, but the project has sort of spilled over to two lots across the street from the main cluster of units.

seing that its replacing several large old multifamily houses, its a push for me. it might well bring something fresh to the area, but the houses that were there could have been fixed up.

I dunno, I suppose its an improvement in some ways

As the first phase of the project moves along I see that, regardless of the increased density and possibility of new life being injected into the neighborhood, they really are kind of builder special houses gussied up a bit. Preserving at least some of the older homes would have made the project stronger.(IMO)

I will see if I can get some photos of this soon!

I just drove by this project today for the first time in atleast 6 months. There are 4 lots that this will be built on when complete; 2 are finished and a third lot is framed and sheathed. I'm going to guess this will make for just over half of the total units planned.
