I really like this project here. Wealthy/Division is an under performing intersection and I hope this helps spur more development nearby.

The planning for Division/Wealthy has gone on for decades with studies for numerous potential uses and forms.  The development of the prime SE corner will ultimately have a significant impact on the neighborhood.  Attached are a few architectural studies for the area from about 10 or 12 years ago.  There are others that show 6-7 story buildings.  I’d be happy with a 3-5 story streetscape on Wealthy and Division.

I hope the shell station someday gets redeveloped. I know we need service stations, but..

I do like the idea of a small plaza or greenspace on that corner. That project has been in the works for a long time.

I first saw iccf plans for division/wealthy in 2004 ish from a student who worked on it. Anybody here part of that first rendering/process? I can’t remember if the drawings above were part of that. I seem to remember they were in color - but that was a long time ago

Here’s a random one. In the Building Eye portal there’s an application of some sort for a ten story building by the market. I’m not that versed in understanding these things but found the overall idea surprising lol.

Wow, that is interesting. That portal is down but I found it digging around the other way. 

336,000 square feet is a pretty sizable project.

 

 

13 McConnell is the manufacturing facility right in the middle of the overhead (Spectrum Industries?). 

 

Parts of that complex are kind of cool, wonder if they'll incorporate the older sections into the new project?

A public input session/meeting is coming up for the McConnell project talked about recently on here. 

Looks like quite a large project.

Looks like some great density for that part of S Division. Hopefully it gets approved.

And it will be the tallest thing in that part of downtown. I can't imagine it not getting approved with the housing shortage.

I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe kick off more development in the lots to the south as well. 

 

I really like the scope of this project for the area.

haha, nah.. I have a lot of info about some of the bigger projects coming, but I'll keep all my future development info and renderings to myself.  I wouldn't want to be narced on by the admins HAHAHAH
