This looks like a great project. I have thought for a long time that this is one of the ugliest buildings in Nashville. The renderings look fantastic, they're taking an ugly building with great potential and bringing that potential to reality. Well done.

I think many building projects like this in the future. This type of rehab projects are what the city needs especially since the historic church on Charlotte was recently torn down instead of being reused.
