I know some think I can get too negative about Hartford's business environment. But to solve a problem, first you have to admit there is a problem. Expansion Management magazine has recently has ranked the Connecticut General Assembly the least business-friendly legislature in the nation.

We're not so bad on the Forbes list. But the quality of life #4, helps lifts a dreary ranking. #44 in business cost.
