Melrose Knitting Mill Renovation

Looks like a great project--can't wait to see how it turns out! I wish it were condos or apartments though--would move in a heartbeat to live in a place link that if it were reasonably affordable. Goodnight Raleigh says the project is by the owner of Mosaic.

This is great news. I'm glad to see this old building being renewed. Also creates a nice connection between Glenwood South area and Capital District area.

I can see some spillover effect if this is successful, too.
