This area is cluttered already, and 330 W Hargett Is a very small piece of property, so vertical is really the only way to go

drove by this area sorta Boylan Heights Warehouse District.  Lots of construction with new apartments, new townhomes etc.  Including high rise coming soon on W South Street.

Y'all Raleighites need to come up with a trendy name for this area like the people do all the time in Charlotte?  LoWa Lower Warehouse district or SoDo south downtown or something.

There was once bar in the Circa 1888 space called West End but this entire area is really the old fourth ward. Its never ever been referred to as the west end and crotchety old timers like me aren't about to start doing so just because some big california incomes landed there and wanted a trendy name.

I dont know if this is the warehouse district or not.  Kane's Platform apartment development will soon have a 2nd phase.  I guess this is called West End.

Kane's Platform apartment buildings look great.  Not sure I would want to be that close to so many active train lines but the views are great and train watching too.   I threw in the Fairweather condo building too.
