I took this photo with a cheap digital camera looking through 50x binoculars on March 31st, 2010. I travelled away from any city lights to my cousin's farm about 45 miles northeast of Raleigh in Mapleville, NC which is about 10 miles east of Louisburg.

Saturn right now is appearing as a bright orange dot in the east-southeast sky just after sunset. Arrows point to the rings which are currently tilted about 3 degrees. Anyone else interested in this sort of stuff?
