While tooling around downtown yesterday, it struck me that it seems about the right time for a new market rate residential project to be announced (rentals most likely). 38 is filling up with renters, ICON is full of renters, Gallery is almost finished. And since it takes about 16 - 24 months to get something new built, now seems like the right time...

Anyone know how the other rentals are doing, like 101 South Division, Globe Apts, etc.?
