Mildred/Carolina Street Charrette

In 24 hours designers from around the country designed a new vision for Caroline and Mildred Street. Parks, retail space,and single and multi family space is in the plan. After the charrette was over they are heading to Atlanta for a developers conference for new urbanism in hopes to find investors for this project.
