To the surprise of some, this project sprang to life a few weeks ago. The American Cancer Society gained approvals for this building 2 or 3 years ago and just a few days before the ground breaking ceremony was announced, I heard that there wasn't a word as to whether or not the project would ever move forward. Well, they're digging footings! If anyone knows Norwalk, this project is on Richards Ave. directly adjacent to 95, Costco and 40 Richards Ave (a white 7 or 8 story building you can see from the highway.)
