Per The Pyramid Scheme's Facebook Page:

The Historical Commission approved External renovations including the return of a garage door on the front of the building (it used to a Rowerdink service station). Now they just need to go to the Planning Commission to get approvals. Check out the Facebook page, it has some cool historical photos of the area.
