New Avett Brothers Video - "Head Full of Doubt/Road Full of Promise"

I just watched a brilliant new Avett Brothers video on NPR that shows the rise and fall of an urban development. This video hits home, and since the Avetts are from the Charlotte area, there's probably a reason why. Check it out below...

I have a feeling that it's influenced by Charlotte's past (think downtown in the 40's), present (think Eastland), and future (what's next?). Not that Charlotte is the only city in the world that seen a bustling downtown abandoned for the suburbs or a once-popular mall closed and run-down, but those things are certainly what goes through my head when watching this video.
