Tim Baker was not on the Board until 2007 or 2008. I am unaware if any other principals were on the Board previously. Besides, being on the DDB board does not mean that their projects get built. As I think more about it, they had a lot of project built because they were first out of the gate. 111/Aspire, 55 West, OUC, 101 Eola all were planned pretty early in 2000.
