The 8 min headways is new, so even though the Lime headways were likely poorly impacted the system as a whole got better headways out of these changes.

IMO, Grapefruit and Orange work great, but I don't see the purpose of Lime. If you're going to extend north or south, then really do it. Don't half ass it.

Define “work great” on the Grapefruit.  It’s in mixed traffic on the east side and sort of on the west without true separation.  Add to that the driver gets out to take a prescribed smoke break every single loop at Church and Magnolia.  It’s a hot mess and should just be started over at this point.

Very slow. Seem like vanity projects for a couple nice but disconnected neighborhoods. Don't see this adding to real mobility. 

That said, if they used those same routes for rubber tire trolleys (Miami) / Lymmo (Orlando), they would have more visibility, speed, and capacity.
