I think the Google Maps pic in the linked article is the wrong corner.

I think it's more likely going here...

Or maybe not. 

But the pic shown in the Bungalower article looks like the right of way of one of those twin glass office buildings on Robinson.

That and the site plan right beneath it.

Looks like they showed a pic of the SW corner when it should be the NW corner.

I hate to do it, but have to defend him.  The text above it says something along the lines of, "Check out the view of the Lake Eola Fountain".  So it was intentional.  To me, not the most logical choice, since I too spent a solid 5 minutes on Google Street View confused as to why it was a picture of the wrong corner, but intentional nonetheless.

You are 100% correct.  My bad.

I didn't read down the article far enough. 

I even saw the little red circle around the fountain, but couldn't figure out what it was for.

But still, kind of confusing.

Came across this press release from Ponte Health... I'm not familiar enough with this company to discern the likelihood of this actually coming to fruition:

It is Chicago.  Oddly enough, I just saw this yesterday when I was trying to get a rendering of their hotel at Lake Nona Town Center, and I saw this.  It looks like there is a new proposed building near the Standard Oil Building, right above the “H”.

It looks like Pointe Health is an architect who's done some preliminary designs for a bunch of projects, and is looking to sell them. Interesting ideas, but I don't bet its going anywhere.

I do agree but they are definitely going all in on the announcements and putting their name on it.   That part of it feels different than the normal proposal (like that Orlando Central Tower) that’s just drawn up to move land.

Also: the contact's surname is Ponte.

Everything seems to be about the developer and the buildings, not so much about the health care provider(s).   That gives me doubts.

Supposedly a coffee shop plans to open in Aspire building. Hopefully they haven't signed a lease yet because that space is horrible.

Wow.  In the former “Tastings” etc space on the 2nd floor?

I think the first floor empty space on the corner of Palmetto and Washington could actually work if it looks good from the windows
