The Orlando business journal just posted rendering of CNL III that would be built next to the dr. phillips performing arts center. I noticed what looks to be a parking garage as well in the rendering that wasn't mentioned.

 

Saw that too. Bares some resemblance to the hotel proposal at Garland and South. Comparison:

I like it.  It looks much better than the original design a decade ago.  The original design incorporated a pedestrian bridge over Anderson.  It looks like that will be incorporated in this design as well.

 

With so much parking across Anderson, I hope those six stories of gray boxes facing the plaza aren't also parking...

I live reasonably close to the University location, but my wife will be within walking distance of this one when she's in the office!!  I'll be putting in my to-go orders as soon as it opens.
