11 seems like a lot for that lot, but it should be an improvement.  It would be nice to have the next 2 lots heading to Mills go back to residential, as well!

Just thinking of:  Livingston St from Terry to Rosalind.   UCF Housing, UCF Academics, Golden Sparrow, Magnolia Rose and maybe a Travelodge redevelopment, added to the existing  BOA, Hilton, Court House,  and Sky House: that starts to frame up Livingston pretty well.

It means they are doing geo-technical testing of the site. This is done by taking a soil "core" which is pretty much a plastic tube they fill up with dirt in order to determine the soil composition and any potential contamination or hazardous materials. It is one of the initial indicators that a site is planning to be sold or developed, as this and surveying usually take place at this phase before civil design process can begin.

I'm guessing since the address is Orange Center Blvd that it's the redo of the Bunche Manor apartments near Gore and Tampa just west of the Citrus Bowl.
