I just got done working in Clemens Place (for those that don't know, they are apartments in a U shape right off Farmington Ave, just East of Sisson Ave). These apartments are all owned by the same company ( to my knowledge) and it's well run, not crazy nice, but certainly nice, and best yet, has a decent little neighborhood feel to it. This is what every neighborhood in the city should strive for, screw home-ownership, get a nice, dense, safe environment...
