Werthan Apts + beer bar

700 Taylor St. (Boiler Building at Werthan Mills) has a recent permit pulled for construction of 13 one-bedroom apartments and a beer bar.. according to the Post

The bar will be done by the same group that created the 12 South Taproom.

This will be a strong addition to Germantown/Salemtown -- on many levels. Unfortunately, the Werthan Lofts bar/eatery won't open until next summer. Much to do before then.
