After the sale of the "Water Tower" last month to a law firm, the NC Chapter of AIA was able to get funding to build it's new headquarters at Peace and Wilmington Streets. Frank Harmon is the architect on the project. Looks pretty cool. (I didn't see a previous topic on this...)
