I saw a couple trucks and a couple of guys with blue prints pointing and walking around where that new complex is supposed to be developed. Hopefully they break ground soon. Any word from anyone? Still nothing doing at the old 99, though. A couple of weeks ago I saw workers in there, but they must have been doing something for the building owner because it doesn't look like anything has changed.
