I have 2 questions.1.they want to build and on campus stadium,where could they put one.said they need to raise about 9 millon for everything.

2.how big of a stadium can/will they build and how big do u think it shoud be?

phase 1 of Mercer's football stadium and field house,will include a 4,100 seat stadium that will when finshed will hold 12,000. the field house will be 2 stories and 35,000sf.

Where exactly is the stadium going to be? Across from the Hilton Garden Inn? I can't quite tell from Google Earth if there's room there for a stadium or not.

Its where the intramural field are now.behind the softball and baseball fields and next to the tennis courts.The field house will be on the hill at the old stadium dr apartments.one floor on stadium dr and two towards the field.

Good to see Mercer getting ready to play some football...maybe they can join up in a Conference with the other new programs in the South like Georgia State, South Alabama, UNC-Charlotte, Lamar & Texas-San Antonio....

Mercer signed 37 football players on National Signing day.Most from the State of Georgia,but there were a few others from around the southeast.
