I hope all who participate and read our forum have a safe and happy holiday season. It has been a rough recession and subsequent economic time but we as a city will get through it. I am thankful we live in a city with great leadership. I am grateful most Nashville residents survived the floods and I am glad to see development start to spring back to life.

I am grateful my wife and I at least have part time jobs and I hope our unemployment rate improves this year so all of us can get back to work.

I hope all of you have a prosperous New Year.
