I noticed that a huge tract of land, 150+ acres, was recently cleared on West 70th street. It is close to the 70th street and Bert Kouns intersection. This particular stretch of 70th is being widened to 5 lanes. I believe the seller of the property is Walker/Alley. I haven't seen anything on the MPC or Zoning Board sites. Does anyone out there know something about this?
