We drove by the project after the Saturday forum meet. The project is looking great. I would suggest anyone to drive up and check out Rolling Mill Hill. The views of the city are electric!

Nance Place is nice and pretty gigantic considering it is supposed to be affordable rentals.. this along with probably leasing of Rolling Mill Hill and possible artist lofts should provide a huge influx of residents to this area.

I thinks this is a great area with huge potential and as you mention, awesome city views.
