New Community Grocery on Michigan St.

Just drove on Michigan st. east of fuller, and saw a sign for TFS Community Grocery. Anybody know anything about this. Does it have a chance, seems like a mini Aldi.

It's been "Coming Soon" for quite a while now. Maybe mid-summer? There are occasionally cars parked there so I'm guessing it's moving along slower than expected.

Found this old thread looking for something else. The Community Grocery never got finished and now Spectrum has some offices or something in there.
