It's exciting to see all these small and medium size projects increasing in number and keeping the momentum going.

I'm so excited for the new UICA to open. I watched the virtual video tour during ArtPrize and it just looks fantastic!

235 mil - 142 mil does not equal 190 million it equals 93 million. still it represents significant movement in a positive direction.
