Does anyone know why the condo association fees as Plaza Towers are so astronomically high? I hear that it's because of the lawsuit stemming from the original builder messing up the exterior of the building, but that just a rumor. Does anyone have any concrete details? Specifics? Will they always be that high or is some sort of settlement being paid off?

I would ask to see a breakdown of where the association fees are going.
