i dont know the ins and outs of development but, what i do know is, every project that i see going up attributes its completion to planning and some sort of tax credit, specifically brownfield tax credit... i cant see how there is not a connection between tax credits and revitalization..

ps i cannot use punctuation or capital letters because my keyboard is broken , please forgive me lol
