I don't think so, especially since it is a model. I was thinking maybe it was a new rendering for 1034 Main (I thought that cuz CWB and BNIM have close ties).

It is in the base of the P&L Tower (that is where they are based).

I haven't seen it in person so I can't really say, that is why i'm asking if anyone recognizes it.
