Wow, the harbour bridge is really huge. It dwarfs the park.

The Sydney Harbour Bridges height to top of arch above sea level is 134m/433ft.

The pylon on the north-western side that you can see is 89m/292ft high and is made of concrete, faced with granite.

The large pic that I took last year was on the western side which is the basically the same level of the 2 rail lines and and the 8 levels of traffic heading in both directions 24/7.

BTW Call be biased monsoon but I am a native Sydney-sider...so yeah agreed.
