Maybe signs are pointing to an upsurge of development in Nashville with this announcement and the Ice House Polar storage being sold for apartments.

Sounds cool! Wonder if they will try to develop another entertainment area? How about around the MCC!

an expansion of the entertainment district around the MCC seems like it would make sense...why limit convention attendee options to only broadway...

i think the sounds stadium, amphiteater, etc also makes sense in sobro...with the development of the riverfront, the whole area could be a destination for families on the weekends...and these developments would appeal to many tourists looking for something fun to do...

Yeah, maybe they could help with some of the "dead" zones that seem to be developing with the MCC. What, is it KVB that seems to be getting shafted? If an "entertainment" district or something like 2nd, Broad, Cummings, Gulch, Demonbreun, etc., it could go a long way in connect the Gulch to Broad and SoBro near the river which naturally spills over into DT, 2nd, and Riverfront.
