Just curious. Why is all the work currently being done on Union Square's upper level? Ddi they have issues with the siding or the original construction? My apologies if this has already been discussed (but I couldn't find anything via search)...

The window on the upper levels leaked. It's been the subject of litigation. Looks like they reached some form of agreement. and are proceeding with the replacement.
