as rolling mill hill is being developed, and KVB will be worked on, what type of businesses do you believe will occupy this section of downtown in the years to come...? how long do you think it will be before the entire area is built out...?

Hard to say at this time because of the economy.

I do foresee a number of hotel/motels going on the SOBRO area in the near future as the CC comes on line.An example of this would be a new Weston Hotel. Parking garages are needed for sure. There is still Mayor Deans proposal for the amphitheater at the thermal site that may or may not happen. With that said and the economy does pick up I do foresee more apartments/condos along with maybe a town center shopping area somewhere in the area. Time line, who knows. 5 to 15 years.
