Ravaudage

Take this with a grain of salt but word on the street is a well known home builder is in final negotiations to build town homes in this development.  Would be a high-end project so could be a nice shot in the arm for the area and Ravaudage. 

So this is in addition to the already approved 6-story apartments?  Does anyone know when they will begin construction on the apartment buildings?  They were approved over 6 months ago.

Don Reid Ford has been sold after 50 years and will become Peacock Ford. In a FB post, it was announced they'll be doing a redo of the dealership. No details yet, but I wonder if a move will be in order (dealers seem to try to move out on the interstate when they upgrade). Either way, this should have an impact on that stretch of 17-92.

I bought a car there right after the beginning of the year, and they said they would be selling the dealership under pressure from Ford to build a new building.
