Anyone know what the new building is going up at this site? 2 stories with elevator shaft. Guessing it's not the tony Roma's?

Take this with a grain of salt but word on the street is a well known home builder is in final negotiations to build town homes in this development.  Would be a high-end project so could be a nice shot in the arm for the area and Ravaudage.

that's great.  But what the hec happened to the Whole Foods proposal that was supposed to go across the street?  Are they reconsidering to instead go to Ravaudage?

They have been demoing and clearing land across the street for the Whole Foods for a while, so I assume that is still a go. Nothing vertical yet.

So this is in addition to the already approved 6-story apartments?  Does anyone know when they will begin construction on the apartment buildings?  They were approved over 6 months ago.

A little late, but the billboard did get taken down a while ago.  I was surprised it was there for so long.

Don Reid Ford has been sold after 50 years and will become Peacock Ford. In a FB post, it was announced they'll be doing a redo of the dealership. No details yet, but I wonder if a move will be in order (dealers seem to try to move out on the interstate when they upgrade). Either way, this should have an impact on that stretch of 17-92.

I bought a car there right after the beginning of the year, and they said they would be selling the dealership under pressure from Ford to build a new building.

It's a regional order now in Central Florida.  If one 7-11 closes, two more are required to open in its place.

this thing is about 8 times as massive compared to those last shots taken  2.5 months ago.  And they already started the parking deck which adjoins the structure on it's north side.  I'm impressed at it's bulk.
